The compressed air is the way to go. Just remember to lightly sand the handle bar after taking the original grips off. If you don't the new ones will not slidw on as easily. If you follow the instructions they are very simple to do. When you do the measure as the instructions will tell you be carefull and get the switch housing back into the notch on the bar. I done this mod and it was my first time. I had no problems.

Do one at a time so the glue does not set up prematurely.
