I know a group from Houston goes every year.  I will be leaving with a large group from Beaumont at 7:00AM.  Look me up.  I will be wearing a green Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation polo shirt and a yellow hat with a green headband that says "Ride For Kids".

Well, just got home from the event about 4:00PM.  The total raised was $227,344.00.  Our Honda Riders Club (Cowboy Honda Red Riders) was the top fundraising group.  We were so excited.   O0  Bubba and I raised $5,000.00 so we earned "champion jackets".  It was awsome to see all the bikes as we crossed the Fred Hartman bridge.  When we came out of the San Jacinto monument, there were still bikes going in and we were almost back to the freeway.  Hope to see more of you next year.

Thanks for coming.  Darla rides with us when she is feeling up to it.  She rode to the event behind Bubba, but got tired on the way home and switched places with her mother while she took a nap in the car with her dad.  Some voice on that kid, huh?

I was in the back of the ride with a large group from Stubbs Cycles. It was cool to see so many X's in one place. It was also nice to see a lot of Hondas overall.. This was my first year, but not my last. I plan on attending every year. :) :)
