A hundred bucks say they were Squids with their front tires off the ground in T-shirts, cargo shorts, and flip flops.  Nothing but the best riding gear.   >:(  I hate to see something like that happen to anyone but one's got to know his/her limits.

I just heard on the news that two motorcycles were in an accident here in Beaumont around 1:00 am. Both were seriously injured. Then the investigating female officer was hit by a drunk driver and thrown over the guard rail. She too is seriously injured.

I can't wait to get the details on this one.

As a kid my dad made me be home at 11:30. When I would protest his only reply was. "No good comes out of bars or being out after midnight" It makes more sense to me now.

Wow that is awful news.  One of my coworkers got hit by some kids while he was on his bike the other day.  No major injuries he didn't even want to go to the hospital.

Sorry, if I'm taking the seriousness away from the thread.  Some comedian was told that he shouldn't be out past midnight, because the only things open are hospitals and legs.
