Well, I was in the Colony about an hour ago, fits my bike description, but I was alone, must not have been me.

I went through there today heading north on something like 423 or whatever.  Ended up in Pilot Point, Sanger, then retraced back home.  Saw lots of bikes out that way.  Picked up a guy on a Beemer on the road that goes by Ray Roberts and rode w/ him for a while.  Didn't see but one X out today.

Too bad we didn't cross paths today VTXgrl, I was in all those areas too, went rding with a guy I work with.  We made the rounds by Ray Roberts lake and rode 455 a ways, that is a nice road, real scenic with lots of twisties.

If you liked 455, jump north one hwy to 902.  It runs across the backside of Ray Roberts.  Great scenery this time of year.  O0
Hope to see you guys out there.  I ride those roads a lot.

Maybe sometime in the near future we can hook up and head back out that way.  The backroads were great this weekend, tons of wildflowers and green green green green everywhere... even thoroughly enjoyed all the "pasture" smells along the roads!

Yes it was nice up that way, saw lots of bluebonnets, one huge bluebonnet area by the Colony.  Sure, will shoot you a note, next time we head that way.  I usually ride to the south, but the guy I was riding with lives in Plano, so we went north.
