good price on a mityvac? or borrow one in the austin area.
« on: January 18, 2007, 06:48:01 PM »

Finally ordered my SS Brake line. Should be here in a week - maybe by then it will have warmed up enough to get outside (no garage) and put it and my new SS cables on.

I was going to buy a mityvac unless someone in the austin area has one I can borrow. What is a good price and things to look for in one that will last more than a couple of fluid changes?

Sorry, I am not in the Austin area but i bought mine at O'reillys and it worked like a charm when I used it.  Good quality as far as I can tell.... I think I paid about $30 or so and look forward to definitely getting many more uses out of it....  Besides, I guess I have already paid for it by not having to take it to the Dealer for the work.   O0

Good luck getting those lines on, they should look great.
