That was funny, I could swear I heard his nose pop.

In Jefferson County the city would get sued for the officer having the drunk help the officer do his job by assisting him in putting the tape down. For as we all know, had he not been bent over messing with the tape, he wouldn't have LOL fell on his noggin. They would end up paying all his medical expenses and then some. Especially since there were 18 ft. long straight lines all around for the guy to walk. Sad, but some lawyer would take it.

Booze, Cruise and you loose. Ride safe, straight and sober.  Merry Christmas!

Oh, I could see a lawyer getting him out of this. He can't take a test know because of a slight concussion? I would like to know how this case turned out.

Looks like probably cause to me, eliminate the BS do a blood test.  Take his driver license, his car and put him in jail for year to think about it. Maybe swift and severe punishment on a first offence with help deter a second offence.

If that drunk crashed into my family,  after the criminal proceedings I would pound him into absolute poverty with civil suits and then notifiy every employer that ever hired him from now to enternity.

Drunk driving is no laughing matter.

In 2004 there were 16,694 fatalities in alcohol-related crashes which is an average of one alcohol-related fatality every 31 minutes.

NHTSA estimates that alcohol was involved in 39 percent of fatal crashes and in 7 percent of all crashes in 2004.

The storey that these statistics don't tell is that these drunks often crash into innocent victims who are out and about minding their own business and their life is suddenly snuffed out or ruined by drunk driver.
