For some time, he has been a dealer for RAM mount products and now wants to become an authorized dealer for RIVCO. Once he becomes a dealer, he will be adding a markup to the RIVCO products he sells, but he is willing to sell whatever he buys in his initial order at his cost plus shipping and sales tax (where applicable).
