Veteran's Day! What an experience.
« on: November 13, 2006, 09:54:32 AM »

I road in the Veteran’s Day Parade on Saturday with the PGR.  It was one of the best experiences I have had as a Veteran O0 O0.  When we came back from Nam we were hissed at, booed, and called baby killers :'(.  What an experience to have people cheer us as vets.  It is finally great to be proud to be a Viet Nam vet.  Thanks.

I rode the Veteran's Day parade in Angleton with a few of the PGR riders that did not go on the Honor Ride to San Antonio. We had alot of other  bikers show up as well.............great parade and great cause. Most American's are usually to busy to take time out of their daily routine but hopefully its changing. We need to keep honoring these men and woman that gav so much of themselves and let us not forgot those that gave it all for the price of freedom.FREEDOM is not FREE  O0
