I saw the Silver VTX go down on the tracks also. it was around noon. but he seemed to be ok

nah, i havent been down since that time at floyds in south houston.  kinda worries me though, i feel like im due one anytime now..... :-\ :-\

Randy, dont sweat it, if bikers would tell the truth, you would fine you are not alone.
I dropped a goldwing once in a slow 180 deg turnaround (before i knew about the friction zone) it was a real Buck Rogers to pick up too.

     Not hard to pick up if you use the GWRRA way unless you are on a down hill slope. I have done it in several conditions. I have always been stopped when it went over thank god. I have gone down on other cycles moving, dirt and cross country -----not bad but that is another story. Anyone that gets a goldwing needs to lean it over and try the GWRRA way of picking it up before they have to.

The one we saw was after dark, after the meet and greet.  He didnt look so good and the bike was banged up pretty good too.
