He sent me an e mail some time back, and apoligized for his absense. He's been very busy at work. He's in the medical field and on an "on call" status.

Spanish Cobra, I believe to be Robert was sitting at the table next to me and some friends I brought with me to the Nacogdoches Meet. And also Swampy was at the table with him. They probably did not know who I was. I got to listen to first hand Swampy stories that day ;D ;D

You say that almost wistfully! You miss swamp stories? You're right, I do remember sp cobra there as well. I don't remember the swampmaster though. Was he sitting at one of the small tables in the front room?

Spanish Cobra is Robert Olvera (going from memory here Robert, a fragile entity at my age. Apologies if I spelled the name wrong), and we Houstonians proudly claim him as one of our own. If he moved to San Antone he neglected to tell us, in which case we Houstonians no longer proudly claim him as one of our own. Robert????????????????????
