A few weeks back Maria came up with a awesome flyer. I would like everyone to walk out with something at the Friday night Meet & Greet. If you could take them to local dealers, motorcycle shops and restaraunts and see if they would like to give us something to giveaway. Make sure you get the name of the place so we can thank them.

I talked to Rob at C & C Cycles in the Woodlands a few weeks ago and said he would donate. Thought I'd get a couple of his cards to put on/with what he donates.

Do we want to keep some sort of an ongoing list of people who have donated in a central location/post so we aren't all hitting them up for donations? Or a plan to contact list because they have good relationship with someone that having them ask may be better than someone else?
Then people could just say I'll go talk to so and so.

I'll donate a case of Amsoil for one giveaway item and another giveaway for a qt of pumpkin lube with a pump.  Let me know who and where to send my business cards to and I'll get them in the mail asap.  Then whoever wins can just call or e-mail me.

Wish I could be there, but will have to miss out again this year.  Ya'll have a great time!

If you are donating something and would like for me to take it to the beach club for you please get with me before the 31st as I will not be able on the 1st and will be on the island from the 2nd on.

I just got the flyer Monday evening and will be going to Eastside Honda as well as a couple of other places this weekend. By the time I get off at night some of these places are closed. I'll let you know (bigpro) what I come up with and yes I will need to meet to get it to The Beach Club.
