Toe Up.
« on: April 22, 2015, 07:02:14 AM »

I was waxing my bike a couple of days ago and noticed an unusual amount of chips and dings.  Even one in the chrome....   WTF? I think I remember a rock on the freeway hitting the front but chipping chrome, that is serious.

Pants leg flew up riding back from Kansas one day and a rock or something hit my shin right where a vein crosses the shin.... serious blood squirting with every heartbeat, had to stop and put a tight bandage just to stop the flow.... Before I switched to "got to have a windshield mode", I had a beetle hit my cheek and part of his shell was left embedded in my cheek....hence the windshield. Ugly as I am, I don't need any help gettin' worse, lol.

While helping with the ms150 this weekend, had another guy on a motorcycle pull up to us with a hunk of rebar sticking out of his foot.  lucky for him one of the EMT's were also parked there.  Patched him up, and sent him on his way to the closest ER for stitches.

Was with a guy that got hit in the eye by a grasshopper. Wings and legs up under his eyelid. Scratched the cornea. Wear protection folks

I don't care what other people think. They don't do it very often!
Of Course it's dirty. It's hard to clean when the tires keep moving.
