Parting shots of my drive to Seattle

While on my drive to Seattle I took time to visit some of the sights along the way. No, I didn't catch them on my bike, but thought I would share my photos and perhaps inspire some of you to visit these National Parks while on your own riding endeavors one day.
In order - I had great fun exploring Mesa Verde National Park in CO, Arches National Park in Utah, and the Golden Spike National Monument in Utah.
Mesa Verde National Park
Several Awesome Cliff Dwellings to see dating from 1300 - 1500 AD. And among the 30 miles of roads in the park are some fun twisties up the side of the Mesa!
Arches National Park
Golden Spike National Monument
This is the sight in Promontory Utah where the Central Pacific Railroad and the Union Pacific RR met to drive the final golden spike. Completing the Transcontinental Railroad.

Great pictures, wish I would have known you were in Seattle, I've been working there the past couple of month and am there now.
Oh maybe you did know I was there

Cliff dwellings are very cool. I miss seeing red rocks and mountains.

If you ever want to switch careers, I think you'd do very well as a professional photographer.
Beautiful pics. Got a feeling you're going to have a field day with your camera in the Northwest.
