2 MC shop rivals both having events this Saturday in the Woodlands
« on: September 08, 2006, 10:51:51 PM »

FYI, American Dreams and the Harley store in the Woodlands are both having different events tomorrow from about 1-4. One with a band and one with Rod from the Buzz. They are right next to each other on the 45. They are big time rivals, it should be fun/intersting.

Did anyone make it out there?  It was raining on and off most of the day otherwise I would have rode up to check it out.

I met a friend from work up there. There weren't as many bikes as I thought there would be. No one entered the loud pipe contest at HD and I felt sorry for the girls at the bikini car wash at ADC.

I rode up and visited both events, wasn't impressed with either one. I think I was the only person with out some type of "Harley Davidson" clothing on. At American Dream Cycles. the girls were washing the bikes in in a constant drizzle. Probably would have been better with nice weather.
