Looks good!  But it still looks like all the other SGs rollin' around out there.   :stickpoke:   :t

:redcard:  Maybe, but it's not a Street Glide!  It's a road Glide!

I FFed it...  ;D

I know when you're done with it, it won't look like all the other RGs out there.     Did you ever see the guy on the VTXOA who put this same setup on his VTX?  Looks freakin' sweet.  I tried to get Lori to do this to her Ultra, but she doesn't like the look.   ???  I love the look.

yeah, I loved everything about that VTX with the Road Glide fairing.  That's probably what got me thinking about getting the road glide back when.

I would say about 95% of the bikes I saw at the rally were Harleys -- still not going to buy any stock though.  :o

Actually, I was talking about this bike:  http://www.vtxoa.com/forums/showthread.php?334823-transformation-complete&highlight=Harley

...but that 1800 with the RG fairing was pretty sweet, too.

Oh, hadn't seen that one.  That rear fender right there brought it all together.

So I moved my photos in my photobucket account and that's why you can't see the photos anymore, but rather than fix the first thread here some pics of before and after, so far.

As new stock

...and with 12" Outlawz ape hangers from Wild 1 Inc., RC Xhaust slip-ons with Excaliber tips, Corbin Classic solo with detachable pillion, Avon air cushion grips with the knurled pattern with matching end caps as my exhaust, Trask Turbo wire mesh headlight grill, 4" true stretched saddlebags(not the extension type kits).  I have decatted the headpipe with a reduction in the heat coming from so.

While at the rally, right next to The Spot restaurant, Dan Kite from Dan Kite pinstripping layed the two stripes on the saddlebags you see.  He did my bobber last year so I trusted that he would do a stand up job for a what I feel for him was a fairly easy pinstripe, but nothing I could ever do without grief.
