Route 7 is a great ride, along with all the other roads they have mentioned.  Another one is 341, Push Mountain. Fantastic ride going up the mountain, lots of twisties!  It is farther east, south of Mountain Home, AR.

If you're going on up to northern Arkansas, I would recommend White River SP. Very beautiful up there. There's a place close by called Copper Johns. Nice folks, they have cabins for rent. Gaston's is another place. It's not too far from Eureka Springs.

Depending how you go, Talihena OK to Mena AR is a excellent 50 + mile stretch of "mountain" ridgetop road with lots of twisties, and will deposit you at the bases of lots of  good AR roads to ride including 7. The Talimena pkwy also has no truck traffic, very few cars and few bikes. Wonderful in good weather with all the vista views, a hell of a ride in a storm! Try it in good weather!
