SOLD!!! '02 VTX C For Sale
« on: August 05, 2012, 08:20:54 PM »

I have listed my bike on craigslist for $6200.  The TexasXRider price is $5600.

There is a video link of it as well as some pics on the ad.  PM me or give me a holler if you may be interested or know someone that may be interested in picking this ride up.

Thanks!

I just picked up one of these for the trails:

I'm looking at a dedicated road bike, too.  Possibly an S-Works Tarmac or Venge (if I win the lottery).

Here's the Tarmac I want.

I will probably be putting up our two dirt bikes, too.  I figure they will sell pretty easy, though.  The VTX on the other hand is a different story.  :D

OH, very nice.  So......you're into the cycling scene.  I too have a Trek Road bike, and a Haro MTB.  I used to ride pretty hard on the road with my last bicycle having put about 25,000 miles on it. that bike's frame got some fatigue and broke at the head tube, so Trek gave me some credit for it and I bought a newer one.  Nothing as fancy as the ones you are looking at, but good bikes nonetheless.  I will say this, you are definately going the healthier route  :notworthy:

Ha!  Thanks!  I run and bike to eat and drink, that's for sure.

I started doing all of those insane 12+ mile obstacle runs this past year and became hooked on trying to to beat my midlife crisis.  Good news is I lost 50 lbs and can now climb the stairs in my house without being out of breath or pulling a hamstring.   ;D

What is insane is that we live in a world where a road bike costs more than most motorcycles do...

Here's my dream!
