Hmmmm Steve, didn't we used to have someone on the board that had a nickname about something like kickstand not down, or, well it had something to do with the kickstand,LOL 8)
Hate to hear it Steve, I did my right bicep the same way years ago, only on a pallet of explosives. The nerves took about 6 months to start firing in the bicep again with therapy, took over a year to come back to about 90%. Hope yours heals faster. I don't arm wrestle with my right after that. Don't try to force it better too quick, it'll set it back.
