I will post this on the different boards here, but I need help. Does anyone know where "day Laborers" looking for jobs hang out to be picked up in the HOuston/Katy area? I need to find work and put some cash in this household and I need to do it quick. Type of work does not matter. Thanks, my friends for any replies.

Sorry to hear this. I know where they hang out in Conroe and over in the Kingwood area, but I'm not familiar with where they are in your area. Hang in there and good things will come your way. I'll say a prayer for you and the family, too.

The closest that I have seen a large group on a daily basis is 59 and W. Belfort area. I don't know if that's too far for ya, but they're always there.

Thanks for the replies and concern, my friends. Was a bit down yesterday and I let it get the best of me, I guess. I am a degreed (LSU) outside industrial salesman and will do whatever it takes to make a living or something that resembles a living. Again, thanks for all those who replied and voiced concern and gave words of encouragement. It really means alot to me at this time. God Bless you all!
