wtb car/truck

I'm getting transfered to College Station for work and I need a vehicle that gives better MPG than my mustang.  does anyone have a car or truck that they want to sell?  I don't have alot of $$ to spend and I just need basic transportation to comute 180 miles per day... if you guys know of anyone selling a small car, please let me know... even if it needs some work, I can get it fix and use it.

My cousin is selling a 98 civic dx.  Its been wrecked twice but fixed each time. There are no frills, except for ac.  The ac blows cold.  As far as I can tell it will need two tires and a new set of belts.  Everything is functional, she drives it to new brunfuls regularly.  Anyway, she is asking 2500 firm.

I have a 1994 toyota carolla, my daughter has been using driving back & forth from college station to la porte, she now has a different car and I need to sell this one, red in color, needs new front seal is leaking oil,  posted on craigs list for 2000. it's in pretty good shape,
