Crap all over my front fender

I think I may have a blown fork seal. What are the signs??

There's a gooey sludge kinda crap just under my fork leg that ran down the back right hand side of my front fender.

Either that or a blown BRAKE line. I'd bet on the fork seal tho.

Fork seal. You'd have noticed the front brake not working.
