noobie question, Valves

Hi I am new to the board. Also new to the VTX. I wanted to know if anyone had a step by step way to do a valve adjustment on the vtx 1300? I have looked at a few places on line with little help..

Welcome to the board from the Spring area!  :thumbup: If you are in the Houston area, you need to come to one of the "tech sessions" that we have.  We just had one a couple weeks ago, they did 4 valve adjustments that day! There are many knowledgable people on this board that should be of help to you....one or more of them will chime in here.  If you can wait for a few weeks to do the adj., I am planning on having a tech session at my house in Oct, probably the 17th or 24th.

Welcome to the board, Popps.

There are a couple of tech sessions in the works now. One in the Austin area and one on the west side of Houston. If you can make one, go the night before and drop off the bike so it's cold for the valve job.
