ignition mapping?

Hey dose anyone know how to, or what to do with the ignition tab on the power commander?
Help I just don't know if I can put in a IE..-6 to retard the timing?
So if anyone can help me with this please let me know.

I just saw that tab and didnt want to mess with it until i knew what  was going on with it.
