I've got an 03 1800 C, roadhouse slip-on(modified), K-N filter, power commander, and modified stock air box. original #'s were 94.3 hp 104 ft.lbs. torque, after with the above mentioned add-ons i'am now at
99.4 hp and 112 ft.lbs. torque. my graph's(which i can now not find) from the baseline was all over the place. the air/fuel was way fat above 2500 rpm the hp and torque (which weren't bad to begin with) spiked quick and then trailed off quick. after the mapping everthing was nice and smooth and the bike stayed in the hp and torque much longer.
the main thing to remember is every bike is different, stock will range from low/mid 80's to low 90's. alot of people will argue that it's not worth the $300-$600(depending who you take it to) to get and install and then map the unit to the bike for such minimal gains. to a degree it's a valid point based soley on gains but what many don't realize is how much a "good" map changes the overall rideability of the bike. by this i mean no more slow speed surging, smoother engine rpm's through the gear changes, better gas mileage, etc... i was very surprised by how differently the bike ran overall. in my opinion it's defintely worth it just from the rideablity standpoint. I also can't say enough about johnny cheese, top notch guy in every way.
good luck and ride safe.

with the carb you have to change out needles and jets to get the "sweet" spot. no mapping, just tuning the old school way, make adjustments and run it on the dyno and see what you get. i would assume the returns would be similar but can't say for sure. someone with a 1300 would have to answer that for you

you have to remember doing a pull is not going to tell you much.
but if a tuner knows what they are doing you can load the bike just right and check the jets and needle.
