I prefer to use my trident or net on the other chariots, but I admit I'm a bit old-school.  LOL

Because my aftermarket exhaust goes DIRECTLY in front of the axel nut, making it impossible to spin off even if I used a crescent wrench to loosen it.

Hey Morgan, I lied, Last time I took mine off I had to remove both shocks.  This allowed drop the bike completly....fender was on the tire.  Anyway I got to the nut that way.  I was even able to put a torque wrench on the axle nut.  Just an fyi for the next tire change.

How do ya like the change?

I didn't even think of that... I was up on a stand, and could jack the back tire, I should have pulled both shocks, easier than removing the pipe.  LOL  Live and learn.

I'm digging it a great deal.  I'll be curious how much of a difference it is when I drop my MTC clutch in....then I think I'll be done with performance mods for a little while at least.

I got my final drive off ebay, chromed, new (the drive wasn't used previously, it had never been mounted on a bike) for 500.  So that's the MOST I'd expect to see them for.  You can probably buy a used, good drive for 200-250 or maybe as high as 300-350 for a perfect condition one with no chrome.

Some guy JUST sold one on the OA board, I don't know how much he got, but he had the ad deleted when it was gone....and I saw one NOT sell on ebay... the final bid was like 250 and the reserve wasn't met.  There don't seem to be any for sale today on ebay.
