I just read about it on the big board. Broken wrist, totaled bike, I will update as soon as I know more. Stuck throttle.

I'm okay!!! Just a broken wrist and right big toe. AND some missing skin. My bike is totaled. Sorry for not responding sooner. I sent Kenny a letter to post since I was not feeling well. LOL!!! Helmets save lives. Mine anyway.
I wonder what bike I should get? Wife says I have to get a touring bike. SINCE Honda did not create a VTX Touring bike I don't know what to get. AND before anyone says Honda HAS a VTX Touring bike, mine was more of a touring bike than what they came up with. I really am disappointed. SO, Wing? I'm not as old as Kenny and Big A. LOL!!! BUT I could go that route, but it will take some getting used to for my foot position. Ultra Classic? Yamaha is too small. Victory Vision? I like it. BUT you guys would make fun of me. Wait, you'd make fun of me anyway, no matter what I rode. LOL!!!
Anyway, I'm fine. I have a cast for 3 weeks then a brace for a couple and I should be good as ever. Thanks for the kind thoughts. Love you guys. Joe
P.S. When I wrote "love you guys" I was talking in my deep, manly voice.

If you even think about a HD from Tripps. Talk to me first. I am sure, I can help to make the deal Mobetta. Its a Family thing, They have been trying to get me on a HD for many years. After The X they just feel so dinky. Not saying they are not good bikes but they are small after riding the X.

What? Ya feeling it, Brookster? No, you can't have the Babe back. I like her a lot. She's keeping me young.
Oh, BTW, I did hit the Rev limit in second the other day. Wierd as hell when she's still pulling hard.
And not to hijack the thread, Medic, I'm really glad it wasn't that bad. 3 weeks in a cast!?!?! When I dislocated my thumb on my throttle hand, I had to ride Buck Rogers for 6 weeks. Man, that was a bummer. (Especially when Lucky caught me riding with my cast.

I don't care what other people think. They don't do it very often!
Of Course it's dirty. It's hard to clean when the tires keep moving.

Joe,
sorry to hear about the accident but I sure am glad to hear you are alright and glad you were wearing the right gear. Get well and hope to see you on the road no matter what your riding.
