Memphis Shades (Fats) Double stick tape coming out.

Does anyone have a solution to the problem associated with the double stick tape bleeding out from between windshield and trim? :-\

I'd be interested in hearing this also.  Mine has started to do the same thing.  It is 6 yrs old.   :-\
