Yes it does.  This is TomToms second edition which has been improved.  Improvements are made to the mounting cradle, Bluetooth headset, ram mount and a few other things.  The headset that was totally useless before is now a Jabra unit specifically for motorcycles, it alone will cost about $169 itself.  The bar mount they supplied before was totally useless, now they provide an actual Ram Mount you would normally buy, its top quality.  Matter of fact its the same mount I had to buy for my first one.   From looking on the internet, the newer TomTom is cheapest at around $600 with all the improvments.  The first unit only had one real issue, it was the mounting cradle, so they redesigned it.  My cradle went bad on my first one, TomTom replaced it with a second edition new unit for free.  Reason for selling it is because of my new job I will not be riding much at all, might even be selling my VTX.  If anyone is interested.  This TomTom unit can go from box to bike quickly without removing the tank, I can tell you how to run the cable.  Everything you need is here.

I just hate for it to sit in the garage and sit.  Once I am back on my feet it will not get ridden, would rather it go to someone who can ride it and take care of it.  Not to say I wont ride anymore, I will just rent when I get the time.  Dont worry, it most likely will be here.  Have to much invested.
