Hi all ---

I am leading the BBT V event and need help in the following areas... please PM me if you can help.

1)  Bike Show Coordination -- Bike show will be Friday afternoon.  Need to coordinate event, judges.
2)  Giveaways -- need someone to manage the give aways.  contacting vendors across the state, getting items to the meet, flyer, and potentially thank you.
3)  Photos -- someone to take event photos, and group photo (to be used with thank you letter to vendors). 
4) Check in -- 2 hour spots throughout Fri - Sat
5)  Servers for BBQ
6)  Clean up - each day
