Just My Two Cents...
From the Map Camanche area looks the best for a state wide... thay way its about equa-distance for everyone from east to west and north to south...
It would Probably be best to do on a Saturday that way those that want to go can leave early (you can get to Comache from almost any where in under 5 hours) and end up having good day... then if you want find a hotel for sleep the night and head back sunday...
I am sure that if you talk to some of the local mom and pop hotels you could get a group discount if you had it on the same day each month... that way everyone can join in on the fun and not worry about time and such...
On that note if you get enought people that need to stay the night everyone can work a deal ( I firmly believe in working things into the best way with words) with some of the Local riders... or have a few rooms reserved that weekend everymonth... it sounds like a lot of money but if we play our cards right it can end up pretty cheap...
