Had to put a 210 main - 4th clip on the needle - AF at 2 5/8.  I just came back from a run and the plugs are good.  If anything, it is running a little leaner than it was.  I think I still have to tweek the AF a little more.

With the stock air box I was running a 185 main - 3rd clip - AF at 2. It was running a little rich at these settings.  Any bigger main smoked like hell and turned the plugs black.

What a difference air makes.

I had the dealer put my Big Air Kit on and I am not so sure I am happy with the work they did. He gave me some mumbo jumbo crap about it not getting as much air as the stock air box. I know that is crap. But I do know that the main jet that came with the kit is not as big as the stock one. It also takes awhile to warm up and it is abit sluggish or hesitant when I throttle it to quick.

Any advice as to where I can get the right size main jet,or where I can take my bike for a proper tune up close to dallas?
