I have a used Paladin backrest/luggage rack setup - National Cycle part #'s P9BR010 (Quickset); P9900 (Rack); P9800A (Backrest). It will require the mounting gizmology N.C. Part # BAG403 for the 1800R which costs $98.80 + shipping from N.C. I assume that it will fit other 1800 models with different mounting hardware.
It was used twice and is in like new condition and has two keys. Here's N.C.'s site:

I think $190 + shipping is a reasonable price. Shipping should be no big thing - it comes apart and can be shipped separately in 3 boxes.
