Dunlop Elite 3 and Mustang Pillion seat for 1800R

I have a brand new never mounted Dunlop Elite 3 180/70R 16 rear for a 1800R. How's $125 + shipping sound?
I also have the pillion seat (Mustang part 75925) that was a part of a Mustang set and has never had a butt on it. Lists for $199 new - make a reasonable offer.
These were for my '03 that was demolished last week. Sad to see her go - we'd been friends for 34000 miles!

Would that fit with a stock 2005 1800R driver seat? :-\

Received email from Mustang on application of seat. The seat will only work with a Mustang front seat.Thanks for your time.
