Quote from: VTXLady53 on May 31, 2006, 02:40:16 PMThanks for all of your input on the Crash/Engine Bars. I know I will be getting the ones that is one piece. I am not worried about looking good. I didn't have them before because I thought they were $200.00 to $300.00 dollars. In my research I found them to be reasonably priced. I will check out the Linby Bars. I do like the Fat Cobra's but I can't tell from the picture if they are one piece or 2.Just looked at the Linby Bars. The price is not right.... By the way I will not be using them as a Highway Bar either. My legs are too short to reach them.............. Marigold, these are the ones I have on my bike. http://www.hondadirectlineusa.com/stores/product.asp?pid=4526&str=13&ID=69189960 They are one piece. Check the big board for the Pros & Cons on these bars. I am believer on these bars. Once I snow plowed on grass over 1/2 " gravel. The bike gently went over to rest on the bar. I got a hernia lifting it back up, but I made it. When taking curves too fast, the floor boards drag and not the bars.

I have the Cobra fatties on my 1800 and they are one piece. They are also pretty easy to install, I let my little boy help me put mine on, so they won't be coming off Ever. He got a big kick out of helping Daddy work on the bike.
