I bought my B&B fuel manager and block off plates from Big Larry and Bones (B&B). Both guys are great and stand behind their products 100%. The chrome quality of the plates was excellent and I didn't have to take the reed valves apart when I did the pair removal/desmog.

There is a guy that does custom jobs and can do them for you, I think he has a Texas X Riders one
I can not think of the name right now, but someone on here should know.
I was thinking about replacing mine.
 :D

This guy wants the whole master cylinder chromed, not just a cover.

Gateway Extreme is the way to go if you want the whole reservoir chromed - outside only. Make sure you cover everything with a towel because the brake fluid will eat your paint really bad. Even a drop isn't good.

Be careful, because once you begin the modifications then your appetite will be unquenchable. O0

I used Gateway Xtreme for some stuff, and I also used Airline Plating here in Houston.  They both did great work.

Gateway Xtreme did a lot of my chroming. Nice quality. FWIT though, the chrome is peeling on my master cylinder clamp, one reservior and both switchbox housings and he had to redo my Hoggone rear brake reservoir. It peeled fairly quickly after I got it.  To Handler's credit, their chrome is much nicer than the chrome on my Rivco risers and most of it has held up well.
