I recall a device, actually a small plastic piece, that pins the darn thing back.  I can't remember where I saw it but I'm sure someone will post the site.  I know I get tired of two handing my hose.

I temporarily made one from a piece of coat hanger. Those nozzles are a pain in the arse.

bought one from Mcguff, it works ok, it does keep it from splashing out on the bike.  Only used it a couple times so far, let you know more as I use it.

I bought a McCuff also and I've only used it twice and both times I got gas running all down my tank and everywhere. Very disappointing!
