Just ordered the ULTIMATE X midrider for my 1800F.  Saw one on an 1800F at the BBT finally made my decision.  After sitting on just about everything, I think I have made the correct choice.

My Ultimate was $790.00. I got the driver back rest and some custom stitching.

Still looking.
How about a comfortable seat rider/passenger that does not have an integrated backrest?

Can anyone write down some instructions on how to do the bad X seat mod?
I have no clue how to do other than take off the vinyl covering and replace foam or dig out something?
Is there anything to look out for or avoid? Someone mentioned memory foam as a replacement.
How thick should it be?

Thanks,
Dukester

Also the guy who does this is BADX on the VTXOA board, he has a link for his jobs also.
