TAKS TEST

I'm sorry you guys had to post this.

My daughter, Haley, is in 3rd grade she passed the TAKS math missed only 3 out of 40.  I'm very proud of her.

good job. tell her she's probably smaaarrrter than a fiiiifth grader.....

seriously, I'm glad I didn't have to take all those stupid tests where I grew up. kids are under a lot of pressure.

But don't get me started on TAKS or state testing.  I have now officially given my last TAKS test and have seen the last results that I will ever have to see-Thank goodness.

  Good thing they didn't have that test when I was in school, would have never got out of that place. I think it is stupid that some kids won't get to graduate because they didn't pass part of that test. >:(

Starting next year,
new 7th graders must pass the taks each year in order to move to the next grade. >:(
