Rear tire and wheel question?

I would like to add a 200 series tire to the rear of my 1300C. I know about the Foots Mod but I would like to go with the RC Comp. Smoothie rear wheel. As far as I can tell, the only one that will fit my X is an 18x4.5

My question is this. Would I still have to change out all of the brake stuff with this wheel? And does anybody know of a wheel manufacture that makes a wider than stock 15" smoothie that will make a 200 Metz look nice on my 1300 w/out all of the brake rotor mods?

You do know the 200 will fit with no problems and no mods/changes necessary, right?
