The spark plug covers. There are two allen screws on each cover. Just unscrew and take the covers off and you will then be able to pull the plug wire. Use your little spark plug wrench from your tool kit that came with the bike to unscrew the plug.

I did not get any tools with the bike when I bought it, unfortunately.
