Got a buddy who couldn't quite afford a VTX for his first motorcycle, ended up finding a guy with a nice 750 Shadow for sale.  But the guy selling the Shadow.... He got a VTX 1300.  :)

he had to follow me on my 1300 to my house to see the 750
looks like your up in Dallas so it probably isn't him.

he kept looking at the 1300 while talking to me about the 750

I could tell he wanted the 1300 O0

Nope.  LOL  The guy got a Silver 1300, and we went to his house to get the Shadow.  :)  Sadly he didn't have the 1300 for my buddy to stare and and be jealous.

I looked at the 750 before I bought the X. Man I am glad I got the X instead! I would have never been happy with the 750.
