If anyone is interested I am teaching Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in the Spring area classes are mon tue and friday from 7 to 8:30 pm for adults and from 6:15 to 7 pm on mon and tue for kids.
Have been teaching for a few years now, we have a small gorup and all are good people no egos. Age in the adults range from 42 down to 20. Male and female from 100 pounds to 300 pounds.
