Anyone know of a replacement shifter that looks like the rear break lever, I can't stand the cheap plastic/rubber look, and don't want to go with forward controls or shift peg covers.

I think you would make an excellent C.R.A.P. prospect, but buying a shifter won't get you there.
You have to make it.
