Installing a light to my side mount
« on: May 11, 2006, 07:33:34 AM »

I am installing a light to my side mount license plate and was looking for tips on the best way to do it so the wires are not exposed.  Any tips are appreciated.

Thanks!!

I used directional hyperwhite led's (2) and mounted then under the fender.  They are a little smaller than a 38 shell.  I had to fab a mount and water proof it, but looks awsome.  Best of all, no wires...Just spliced in to the one under the fender.

the best ive seen yet is what claw did, he took of piece of SS tube and ran the wires thru it. looks really good.
