Well a big thanks to all who responded!!!

Thanks to Headguess for doing me a big favor meeting me today.  That bike sounded gooood, and a heck of a nice guy.

I drilled six 15/32'' holes in a smiley face design :)   as opposed to HG's eight 7/16'' holes(if I remembered the size right).
Might still like his better, maybe we can put em up side by side to compare sometime.

I drove it around some today and I freakin love it.  nice strong low sound at idle, doesn't become obnoxiously loud when you really get on it, and has a beautiful growling pop upon decel(not loud backfiring pop) sounds like a semi truck engine braking, just a little quieter though.

Drilled seventh hole, made for a bit more rumble and less pop.  Love it!!
