Well the test fire left me in back pain I guess I'll need somebody to bring something to burn.  I have a pile of small branchs that will start almost anything to burn so when do ya'll want to do this?  I am open for most Friday or Saturday this month except Dec. 30.

So if you can help me with the fire wood we can make plans for the rally around the fire of Camps of Texas Rally.

Ps I feel sick most of the time but I'm willing to lite the fire and roll the tires.

As soon as we decide when I will post it on the Rally board thank you for your interest.

Last night was the North Texas camp fire. I didn't go.My wife had to work so I stayed home with the kids. My son and fellow monkies just got home and gave me the scoop. Snow was falling, The games, I am not going to go into. But some participating in the games must have been very cold indeed. Seems that all survived so I didnt need to be there. They came home, that was the only reason I was going. I was worried that some wouldnt make it. They are all hung over but very much alive. It works for me. I play no part in this other than being a troubled parent and a friend to most involved. Not my can of worems. My kid is 23, but some there  are below the legal drinking age, all drink, I can't get involved in any way other than to be ready,if called for help. I must admit that there was a time I would have liked such. Now I am happy to stay home, hopeing I don't don't get a call for help. It went well this year my monkies are home.

I'm glad they made home OK. I know your worry. Living here in a small town I know or have known most of the kids and what else is there around here that they can do but go out and drink? I'm sure Hedley was no different. At least they gather in basicly one area and they will build fires, party, and have a good time. Most will stay on back roads to get home and be cool. More than once my phone has rung at night to tell me somebody ran off the road and got stuck, "can you please bring your tractor" or needs help, or can they park in one of my pastures, or sometimes it's "Daddy Al, can you come take me home?". They know I won't tell their parent's, but, the funny part is I don't have too, they already know. Small town.
Like I say, glad your's got home safe
