When we came to the ride on the 20th at Maxim, we had a large group ride through, I didn't have the TT then and so fare haven't gotten any violation notice.  I know Dan checked with a guy at the TT place and he said we wouldn't get one, but glad I have one now to avoid the hassle.

I think the standard way they "violate" someone is to send them an application to get a toll tag.  They don't bust you until you go for a while.
