I had a son when I was around 25 He's grown now. I had two more when I was around 45. The only wise thing that I know to say is, enjoy every minute. They grow up way fast.

laugh if you want, but my wife recorded Pregnancy for Dummys....on channel 189 (Dish) discovery health channel.  There are three episodes that are really informative.  I've got a scout looking for the episodes. I'll post when they come on again.  I could e-mail them off of tivo, but that may take a long time as they are an hour long.

I really don't know why anybody would disagree. It really is not any of their business and not onlt that all things happen for a reason. That is the way God intends for it to be. I think you are a fortunate family.

But I always say "I am glad it was us and not you" when they say that.

You certainly don't look that old in the picture. Now don't get me wrong I would not want any children now at my age (49) but I enjoy my seven grandchildren and look forward to more!
