Winter has arrived.
« on: November 30, 2006, 06:51:00 AM »

Well I guess I will have to get leather gear out and find snow chains for the X. Snowing up here and cold as hell. I bet I could freak some people out riding bike to work. O0

I walked in the office at 12:50 pm and it was 75 degrees out. Just went back out at 1:00 to get something out of my truck and it's 55 degrees.

That's a 20 degree drop in ten minutes. But still good riding weather!  O0

Think I'll wait till Saturday around noon though.  ;D

Went to bed last night, It was getting way cold. This morning, I was driving through 3ft snow drifts on the way to work. The bike has a flat back tire, and I'm not missing a thing. Bought my old 750 Shadow and rode it home in such a storm. Never again, I know, never say never, A bike that I would do that for now, I wouldnt ride in that kind of weather anyway.

Well we got about 6 inches of the white stuff and supposed to be 11 degrees in the am. Old man winter has finally showed up. And the ride, well couldn't find the snow chains for the X. Oh well. O0
