Gothicguy, if you have a number to your firm let me know and when I get the police report and find out if she has insurance I will give you a call.

Check his profile in the Who am I section....  Contact info is located there.

Even if she ends up uninsured, you can still get some satisfaction.  The state can take her license away till she settles with you.  Then, as was mentioned before, she could have other sources of funding or insurance.  Since her license was suspended, sje's already under scrutiny, and may have had to file an SR22 with the state to prove insurance.  No matter what's on that police report, I'm sure a good attorney will be ready to talk to you to investigate it.  I'd love to help, my contact info is in the profile.

Y'all would be amazed at how many drivers with suspended licenses are stopped every day. It's just not much of a deterrent. In this county the jail is overcrowded, and we are not permitted to arrest for driving with a suspended license, per the DA.

TENT CITY Baby!!! Let 'em be out in the rain and cold. O0 O0

I hate that crap. Let's not arrest someone, because we can't house them, or process them through the system smoothly. What message are the courts sending out? (retorical) We're in a death spiral!!

Not aimed at you Jim....I know you get fed up too.

I agree. If a tent is good enough for our soldiers then it's damn good enough for a crook. A few tents, some concertina, and leg irons so they can pick up trash from the highway. Bologna sandwiches for lunch and dinner, oatmeal for breakfast which they pay for by what they earn picking up the trash. No Work, no eat.
